Menu Sidebar Auto-Scrolls Up, Preventing Access to Lower Options

When attempting to scroll down the menu sidebar to access options like the "Logout" button, the sidebar automatically scrolls back to the top after a brief delay. This behavior makes it difficult to reach and select items located at the bottom of the menu.
